Please note that these forms can only be used to acquit projects funded in 2004 – 2007 rounds. 

For all projects funded in 2008 round and onwards, all reporting is to be done through Endeavour Student Exchanges Online (ESEO)  You are now leaving the DEST website  .

General – please note:

  • The Completion Report proforma allows you to save drafts for consideration within your institution. 
  • The statutory declaration proforma allows you to modify the text in some statements to reflect the particular circumstances for each project.
