Are you an Australian undergraduate student interested in an exchange program?
You need to enquire at the International Office or Faculty Office at your university. While Australian universities obtain funding support from the Australian Government, it is the universities that decide on the exchange projects (including countries, counterpart institutions, courses, selection of students etc). So get in touch with your university to let them know of your interest!
On their websites, many universities have information on exchanges subsidised through DEEWR’s International Student Exchange Programs. The student exchange pages will usually include the conditions, eligibility criteria and an application form. You can check them out by selecting your university from the Universities Australia 
website and then conducting a search under ‘student exchanges’.
Are you an international undergraduate student wishing to come to Australia on an exchange program?
Some International Student Exchange Programs funded under Endeavour Awards provide funding support for international undergraduate exchange students.
To undertake an exchange under these programs, you need to enquire at the International Office or Faculty of the higher education institution at which you are currently studying (ie your home university, in your country). You would need to check:
- if your institution has a student exchange agreement with an Australian university/universities,
- if yes, is the agreement made in relation to any of the International Student Exchange Programs under Endeavour Awards, and
- if yes, does the Australian university have any funding available under the International Student Exchange Programs under Endeavour Awards for this purpose?
